Very pleased with the service from iSmart Window. In 2019 Evan installed automated blinds in my house, and was really impressed with how quickly Evan responded (visited within 2 days to do the measure, and the quote came through the next day). One thing that really impressed me was the level of transparency - Evan provided all the measurements, whereas all the other businesses kept the info to themselves - some going to great lengths to hide it using black out tape - not Evan though - all very open. Evan answered all my questions throughout and I was confident with proceeding with my order. Fast forward to 2020 and I'm building a new home - and there was only 1 company to consider - iSmart Window! Working again with Evan we discussed all the options - which this time also included automated curtains. Evan was really flexible with visiting the site to do the measurements, and again quickly he provided the quote. Installation went well, Evan always turns up when he says he will and does a great job. We had a tricky install and Evan rose to the occasion and got it sorted! There was a small problem with some of the curtains squeaking and Evan came out the same day I mentioned it over the weekend, and got it sorted! That is amazing service. I highly recommend iSmart Window - great service, great product, great advice, great team!

Evan was extremely helpful and accommodating in providing remotes for blinds that I'd purchased elsewhere - he was happy to assist to help confirm that the remotes would indeed work with my blinds. The difficulties that I've experienced with the blinds purchased elsewhere from a very well known company, and the ease of my recent dealings with Evan has me kicking myself that I hadn't stumbled upon iSmart first - and being in Australia, would have gladly dealt with the shipping costs from NZ for something as massive as blinds which I expect would have been quite high. Evan was very useful at the quoting stage, explaining all the different options. We choose 8 roller blinds, and 2 draw curtains all motorised by rechargeable batteries. After explanation, we were very happy with the rechargeable battery selection, making installation so much easier. We found their price to be extremely competitive. Installation went well and the end result was a high quality job. All blinds are now working either by remote, using the Connector App on my smartphone or from our Google Hub. They are automated to open at sunrise and close at sunset. We can adjust them as we want during the day either individually or all together. A great outcome. We are very pleased with the job and highly recommend Ismart Windows for motorised blinds and curtains.

We had a large number of non-motorised blinds in our new house. Evan was very helpful and provided an extremely competitive price to supply and fit battery powered motors to our existing blinds. We opted to include the ability to control the blinds with our phones using the Connector+ app, which Evan helped setup. So glad we did!
