iSW 25LE/L-1.1/40 Built-In Li-ion Rechargeable Battery powered Tubular Motor for Roller Blinds

iSW 25LE/L-1.1/40 DC Built-In Battery Blinds Motor has a built-in lithium ion battery, it requires no wiring nor an electrician.

The built in Lithium battery has the ability to be fully charged up to 500 cycles. You can use the electric charger or solar panel charger to charge the battery once every 3~5 months, the lithium ion battery can achieve an outstanding up to up and down 600 times per fully charge depending on the weight and the size of the roller blind.

It has a built-in electronic radio receiver and an electric limit function.
DC motors are extremely quiet and have an unlimited amount of turns unlike the AC tubular motor.

It comes with the standard driving wheel (adaptor) and crown which are only suitable for 45mm roller blind tubes.It's rated torque is 1.1 Nm and rated speed is 40 rpm, therefore for the 45mm tube, its lift capacity with standard adapters is around 4 kg. If you use the 400g/m2 roller blind fabric with the weight of the bottom bar being 1.5 kg, then the maximum size of the roller blind would be 3m(W) X 2m(H) after deducting the weight of the bottom tube.

The price is for the motor only, you will also require a remote and a charger to operate, however you only need one charger per home and one 15 Channel remote can control multiple blinds.

This tubular motor will come with the standard 38mm or 45mm drive wheel adaptor and crown, meanwhile we have several other size of drive wheel adaptors and crowns to choose other than 38mm or 45mm aluminum tube , so for those who have other than 38mm or 45mm diameter tube of your existing roller blinds, please just send an enquiry form firstly include a drawing or photos and the accurate measurement of your existing tube and the size of your blind, we might be able to provide you the suitable size of drive wheel adapter and crown to suit for your retrofitting needs. For those customer who are going to order new custom made roller blind and tubular motor together through us, we will supply you 45mm aluminum tube for your roller blind whatever how small of your blind, so we will supply you the tubular motor with 45mm drive wheel adaptor and crown respectively.

Considering to the labour cost of the electrician, the Li-ion rechargeable battery powered motor will be better option, the total cost of two option will be similar, it will not only looks better, meanwhile but also the quality of li-ion battery is getting better and better now in this day, the lifetime of Li-ion battery will last much longer than before, the only thing you need to do is you should remember to charger the battery once every 6 months at least to maintain the Li-ion battery in good performance.
