Our motorised venetian blinds solution is for 50mm slat width of venetian blinds including our 50mm wooden venetian blinds, 50mm PVC visionwood venetian blinds and 50mm Aluminium venetian blinds.
Since the venetian blinds are quite heavy, at the moment, we only can use iSW35S-10Nm/17RPM standard tubular motor and iSW35F/SW-10Nm/17RPM WiFi tubular motor, both of them are AC main powered, so you need to pre wire the power cable to the corner of the window frame if your venetian blinds are inside mount, only in some case, if you choose 50mm aluminium venetian blinds, we might use our iSW28LE-2.0NM/28RPM Li-ion rechargeable battery tubular motor, so it would be wireless. Or to discuss with your registered electrician to find better solution. The most important thing is the position of the drilled hole, it needs to be avoided by the Venetian blind bracket and the blind itself, so it needs to be close to the glass and behind and below of the bracket.it's at least 80mm or more from the front of the window timber frame and 65 mm form the top window timber frame. The other thing is the wifi motor iSW35F/SW comes with the Molex connector, so the diameter of the hole you will drill have to be around 20mm, so the Molex connector will go through.
