Hikvision DS-KH8301-WT 7 Inch Touch Screen Indoor Station

DS-KH8301-WT is a modern touch monitor dedicated for Hikvision IP video door systems. The monitor equipped with 0.3 MP camera allows direct audio/video conversation with people at the door station and intercom communication between other monitors (indoor stations) installed in the system. This way, the users/residents can communicate with each other without any costs. The system is operated using a transparent and intuitive graphical interface and additional physical buttons. The monitor allows the user to connect and view images from Hikvision IP cameras and gate stations at any time. The built-in 256 MB memory allows the user to record images, messages, and to leave a message in case of absence. The memory can be extended with a microSD card up to 32 GB. The monitor is equipped with an Ethernet port for network connection. The built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi module (b/g/n) enables wireless connectivity. The monitor can be powered from a 12 VDC source, or with the use of PoE option, via the Ethernet cable (24 VDC, from DS-KAD606 or DS-KAD612 switch).

Integration with an alarm system
The functionality and security of a system built on the basis of DS-DS-KH8301-WT panels can be increased by extending it with alarm functions. The monitor is equipped with 8 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs enabling the connection of sensors and creation of a simple alarm system. The system can consist of up to 8 zones and provides several modes of arming, so it is easy to adjust the system to individual needs. The sensors connected to the system must be NO/NC type. The kind of response can be selected individually for each sensor: 24 h alarm, instant alarm, and delay alarm.
System management and operation

The configuration of the IP video door system can be performed with the use of the iVMS 4200 client software or Batch Configuration Tool. The iVMS 4200 client software enables users of HIKVISION devices to manage them in IP networks. The software allows for configuration and management of NVRs/DVRs, IP and analog cameras (in hybrid systems), access control systems. The user can create a hybrid system that will integrate all devices and become a real monitoring center. In the case of operating video intercom systems, it is possible to open doors remotely, record the video from the camera, take snapshots, make voice calls to the subscriber monitor(s). The application can also send text notifications with snapshots to the subscriber(s). Any information can be transferred easily and quickly, for example the user of the door station can directly call the monitoring center (iVMS-4200) and establish connection with the security staff.
Access via mobile devices

Hik-Connect is a mobile application, intended for smartphones running Android or iOS operating systems. It can be used for remote live viewing of images from Hikvision DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, video door systems, via Wi-Fi, 2G or 3G networks, and for playing back recorded video files. In the case of video intercoms, the application also allows the user for remote opening of the electric strike(s), receiving notifications and connecting with the caller by the door station despite the absence in the apartment. The application connects with the devices by IP addresses and/or through the P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also a network service for Hikvison devices. The service is based on data processing in the cloud and allows access to devices without having an external IP address and when simplicity is the most important thing. Only the basic configuration of the network is required.
